Is there a way to fix the NAT issue? I'm guessing it means going into the GSII.
Option globesurfer III, 09:15 PM. Have a router that doesnt power up it's stuck in initialization message. Was working fine and didnt do anything to it. Below I have outlined the primary firmware update that is being installed – it is an ADSL Modem fail-over facility (aka disaster recovery for fixed line broadband.
I doubt that the GSH has an option to allow you turn off the NAT service, but if you can find a setting for this, it's worth a try. NAT on the GSH may be tied to other network connection info, so if the Time Capsule stops functioning correctly, you'll have to restore the setting and live with the Double NAT.
I've made the private side hidden & closed, unfortunately it seems that I'm now forced to seach for it whenever I want to log in. Is there anyway I can link to it automatically without offering it to guests?
On your Mac...open System Preferences (gear icon on the dock) and open Network. Click on AirPort on the left, then click Advanced at the lower right of the window.

Make sure that your network is at the top of the connection order list. Drag it there if needed.
